We are thrilled that over 50% of the students have completed our e-course. A considerable number of them also submitted a teaching plan for a 2-hour anti-cyberbullying workshop for P.4 to P.6 students in a local primary school! A workshop then took place in July, 2017. You will find examples of these proposals by clicking the "Proposal" button below.
Together with 10 EdUHK students and a research assistant, Dr. Leung conducted a workshop at a local primary schools which included a range of stimulating activities designed specifically to foster learning among primary students, the activities include: an interactive play about cyberbullying performed by EduHK students, simulation games followed by guided discussion, and a Q&A competition about cyberbullying and cybersafety. A follow-up workshop was then conducted by Dr. Angel Leung on Jan, 2018.
There is no doubt that the e-course improved students' awareness on cyberbullying and confidence in online bullying prevention. To learn more about their change in perspectives, please click the "Testimony" button below to access their story.
